How does an online consultation work?
An online consultation is the same as a physical consultation: you will have a one-to-one conversation with a solicitor where you discuss your problems and any issues you have and want to make the solicitor aware of. The solicitor will ask further questions and for more details if needed, before finally offering you sound legal advice on your next steps.
How do I attend my appointment?
Once you have made an account, you can access the 'book an appointment' section of the site or app, and select the next available appointment at a time that works for you. Shortly before the time of your appointment, you will be able to enter a virtual waiting room, and when the solicitor is free, they will begin the online consultation.
